摘要Abstract: In this study, using screen-printing technique and Ag/Pd paste, two kinds of miniature dual-band (2.4/5.4 GHz) coplanar waveguide monopole ceramic substrate antennas were developed on the Aluminum Oxide substrate and compared. The first proposed antenna was composed of a 5.4 GHz g/2 central monopole microstrip and a pair of meandered stepped impedance resonator loadings. Furthermore, according to the design concept of the defected ground structure, the second proposed antenna was also achieved but using an ellipse defect ground plane to change the coupling between the ground plane and antenna radiation area.
