摘要Abstract: In this paper, by the use of full-wave EM simulator (HFSS) and screen-printing technique, a novel was developed on the high dielectric constant and high quality factor Al2O3 ceramic substrates. Due to high dielectric constant and high quality factor of the Al2O3 ceramic substrates, the size of filters could be reduced and the characteristics of the filters could be improved easily. The optimum measured characteristics of this UWB CPW filter are: bandwidth 78.8 % (4.1~9.5 GHz), insertion loss -1 dB.
