摘要Abstract: Today, high-frequency electric burning knife plays an important role in all kind of surgery. By using its burning function, doctors can stop the bleeding when doing cutting in surgery, it can not only saves time, but also can reduce blood loss and blood transfusion, so that can reduce the concurrent disease which may caused by traditional scalpel.
In this study,we will focus on high-frequency electric knife burning which is commercially available of high-frequency power and high frequency driving module to do the development, the main framework is divided into three parts: main high-voltage circuit, peripheral auxiliary circuit, peripheral control circuit, High voltage circuit is composed by front stage active power factor correction and After grade isolation transformer. Peripheral auxiliary circuit architecture is using the pre-push-pull amplifier circuit and the composed of bridge rectifier; The peripheral control circuit is composed by a pulse width modulation circuit and the proportional-integral-derivative feedback control circuit. The clock(0~500k) which required to control voltage output via pulse width modulation circuit to make the voltage that the power transistor need as a switching output to achieve rapid cooling effects. Through the push-pull amplifier circuit to do secondary 1kW power amplifier output, the system will be tested at different loads, and to compare the differences with the commercial electric knife burning while the experimental results shows that the proposed architecture during load changes can be obtained in different load stable output power, and to verify the feasibility of this architecture.
