摘要Abstract: In order to improve the piezoelectric and aging properties of the lead-free piezoelectric ceramics Li0.06(K0.48Na0.52)0.94(Nb0.86Ta0.08Sb0.06)O3, two different methods (conventional solid-state reaction method and B-side pre-calcined method) are achieved and compared in this paper. In addition, comparing to the conventional solid-state reaction method, the only difference of the B-side pre-calcined method is that before the normal calcined process, the B-side oxides (Nb, Ta, and Sb) are mixed and calcined first, which can further improve the reaction of the final calcined and sintering processes. In this research, compared to the conventional solid-state reaction method, the B-side pre-calcined method reveals better loss tangent and aging characteristics.
