摘要Abstract: Working in a big company or in the government sector, makes employees sometimes see or do things they are not supposed to see. Some of those things are unethical to society or even to the corporation they are working in. The employee is then placed in a position where the employee must decide what kind of action should be taken – ignore it and let it go to avoid risk of losing the job, disciplinary action towards coworkers or report the unethical behavior to upper-management or the authorities. Whistle blowing is defined as an employee’s disclosure to government, the press, or upper-management authorities that the employer is engaged in unsafe or illegal activities. So a whistle blower is a person who exposes wrongdoing in an organization or body of people in the hope of stopping it.
