摘要Abstract: The evaluation and selection of a distribution center has been an important issue for a company to upgrade its distribution efficiency and operation performance in order to fulfill the diverse demands of consumer. This paper suggests a maximizing set and minimizing based fuzzy MCDM model to resolve this problem, where ratings of alternatives versus qualitative criteria and the importance weights of all the criteria are assessed in linguistic values represented by fuzzy numbers. Ranking formulae and membership functions for the final fuzzy evaluation values can be clearly developed for better executing the decision making. A numerical is used to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed approach.
