摘要Abstract: This paper aims at the design and implementation of a DSP-based two-wheel mobile robot. We intend the robot to drive a ball-picker to collect golf balls hit by players in golf exercise field. The robot remotely receives commands from a PC installed in the office to control its moving direction. The commands are generated by a webcam to shoot hand gestures of the operator and a PC to perform image processing. The Otsu’s method is employed to discriminate each gesture. Finally, a video file will demonstrate the sce-narios.
