摘要Abstract: Because the chromium hexacyanoferrate possesses the excellent catalytic characteristic, it can be used with the carbon paste and the graphite carbon powders which possess the excellent conductivity to make the carbon paste electrode [chromium hexacyanoferrate : graphite carbon powders = 3 : 7(weight ratio)] , and elevate the responding current of hydrogen peroxide. The responding current of hydrogen peroxide is detected in the phosphate buffer solution(PBS) and then the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide can be determined. When it was in 0.05M PBS buffer solution ( pH = 7.4 ), at 30℃, -250 mV operating potential, 400rpm stirring rate, the sensitivity was 115.055 μA/cm2ּmM H2O2 ; at -250 mV operating potential, 600rpm stirring rate, the sensitivity was 174.385 μA/cm2ּmM H2O2, and at -100 mV operating potential, 600rpm stirring rate, the sensitivity was 70.629 μA/cm2ּmM H2O2 . When it was in 0.05M PBS buffer solution ( pH = 4.0 ), at 30℃, -250 mV operating potential, 600rpm stirring rate, the sensitivity was 93.437 μA/cm2ּmM H2O2 . The results showed that at -250 mV operating potential( pH = 7.4 ), when the stirring rate was increased from 400rpm to 600rpm the sensitivity was increased significantly and at 600rpm stirring rate( pH = 7.4 ), when the operating potential was changed from -100 mV to -250 mV the sensitivity was increased significantly. At -250 mV operating potential, 600rpm stirring rate, when the pH of buffer solution was increased from pH = 4.0 to pH =7.4, the sensitivity was also increased significantly.
